Morels infused with Madera wine & coffee, Butternuts squash mousseline

Every Wednesday, in addition to our regular menu, will be a "Crepes Day".
We will serve a crepe appetizer, a crepe entree & a crepe dessert to be enjoyed separately or as a whole meal.

Wednesday crepe special menu

Appetizer crepe:
Crepe Forestierre, wild mushroom, ham, shallot, and sliced vegetable. 8.50

Entree crepe:
Salmon crepe, sauce "Nantua" (Bechamel & butter of Lobster). 12.50

Dessert crepe:
Crepe Suzette, (traditional French dessert, Flambé with Grand Marnier Liquor). 8.50
